Because we have been doing this for 35 years serving the Brattleboro area community. We take quality used furniture and home decor on consignment from the local public. The basics of our contract are simple.
50/50 split with Twice Upon A Time
The sell price of the item is decided between the owner, Nicole, and the consignor.
The consignment period if 8 weeks
The items stay full price for the first four weeks then it is discounted 10% per week until it is 40% off.
Unsold items must be picked up at the end of the consignment period or they become the property of Twice Upon A Time. Consignors have 30 days after the consignment period is over to pick up their items or they automatically the forfeit to the store so we can move stale merchandise and send to auction, donate, or severely discount to cover the floor space.
Consignments are also accepted for local PTA/PTO Organizations. Just say you want the proceeds to go to your PTA and we will put it in their account for you.
